A bush is a woody plant that is generally smaller than a tree and has several stems arising near its base.
Biblical Usage
In Scripture, a bush is mentioned in the account of Moses when the angel of the LORD appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush.
The bush burned with fire but was not consumed, and the LORD spoke to Moses from it.
The event occurred while Moses was keeping the flock of Jethro in the land of Midian.
